Company Ethos and Delivery

The ethos of the company has been to adopt, wherever possible, a holistic approach to our clients’ requirements, working with them through every stage of a project from the initial design brief to presentation of our final invoice. This approach requires working closely with our customers, understanding clearly their business culture and operational requirements, and being very aligned with their business. We are, effectively, a ‘people business’ – dealing with people and their work environment.

ASM continually strives to meet and exceed client expectations. We set ourselves high standards and measure our performance delivery not only against our management system, accredited by BSI to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004, but also on a less formal, but more exacting, client satisfaction rating. Our standards are applied across all facets of the business, from tender presentations to the ‘ASM Code of Conduct’ to which all our staff operate.

Our safety record is excellent, with Gold or Silver Awards being given by RoSPA on each occasion we have entered the national scheme.

Evidence of the success of the ASM approach is in the number of long-term relationships which have been developed and maintained with clients over the years, many of them with international blue-chip companies.
