La Stella Restaurant   Following the take-over of the restaurant, situated in Aberdeen’s Adelphi, in 2009 by chef/proprietor Chris Tonner, business has boomed, as a result of his quality cooking, with attention to detail, presentation and inspired use of local ingredients.    It was apparent to Chris that some investment in the premises was necessary to provide an enhanced atmosphere for a fine dining experience, and ASM were commissioned to carry out a redesign of the restaurant.   The resulting design cleverly uses a palette of neutral colours as a background, allowing the emphasis to be on the food, where Chris and his team excel.   All the renovation work was carried out by ASM, from design to completion, including joinerwork, flooring, painter & decorator work, electrical work etc, carried out over a two-week period in January 2010.   Feedback has been excellent, both from Chris and his team, and from diners who find the new environment comfortable, relaxing and contributing to the full culinary experience. Chris commented: “ASM did a fantastic job. Shelley’s design and customer care were outstanding, and the whole team worked together to deliver a result which is even better than we had anticipated”.   ASM are delighted with the feedback, and are only too pleased to return the compliment by recommending La Stella to anyone looking for excellent dining in Aberdeen – it really is top class.
