Advantica

ASM carried out the re-design and fit out of ground floor offices at Riverside House, Aberdeen on behalf of Advantica Group. The work comprised the building of cellular offices, together with meeting rooms and break out space, using a combination of solid, glazed and curved glazed partitioning.

New kitchen areas were built and a new comms room was constructed. Changes to the electrical power, lighting and air conditioning systems were undertaken to accommodate the office layout. ASM also supplied and fitted 110 data / voice outlets to suit the new layout, including desk pods and relocation of existing boxes as required.

ASM also carried out the Relocation Management on behalf of the client.
